Skin laxity along the jawline and cheeks, acne scarring, enlarged pores, uneven texture and fine lines. Because the energy is delivered below the surface, it works deeper than standard microneedling.
It is often chosen by people who want firmer skin but do not want filler or surgery.
Numbing cream is applied for around thirty minutes, and treatment itself takes roughly thirty to forty-five minutes depending on the area.
Afterwards the skin is red and warm, much like sunburn, usually settling within one to three days. A little roughness or dryness can follow for a few days more.

Standard microneedling works mainly on the surface and upper skin. Adding radiofrequency heat treats deeper, which is why it suits laxity and deeper scarring.
A course of three, four to six weeks apart, is typical, with results continuing to build for around three months afterwards.

Expect a day or two looking flushed. Mineral make-up can be worn after 24 hours if the skin has settled.
