Profhilo and skin boosters

Profhilo is a highly purified hyaluronic acid that is injected into a small number of points and then spreads under the skin. Rather than filling or freezing anything, it hydrates from within and supports the skin's own collagen and elastin, which is why it suits skin that has started to look tired, thin or crepey rather than lined.
Skin boosters work along similar lines, delivering hyaluronic acid and often vitamins or antioxidants into the skin to improve glow, fine texture and hydration. They are a good option for the face, neck, décolletage and the backs of the hands.
Both are usually given as a course of two treatments four weeks apart, then topped up every six months or so. There's no downtime beyond small bumps that settle within a few hours.

Polynucleotides

Polynucleotides are purified DNA fragments that act as a repair signal for the skin. They calm inflammation, improve hydration and encourage the skin to rebuild its own structure, which makes them particularly useful around the eyes, on thin or sun-damaged skin and for people who don't want volume added.
They're also a sensible first step if you're new to injectables — nothing is being added to change your shape, the skin is simply being supported.
A course of three treatments two to four weeks apart is typical, with results building over the following months.

Anti-wrinkle injections

Anti-wrinkle injections relax the small muscles that crease the skin, softening frown lines, forehead lines and crow's feet. They can also be used for a lifted brow, a gummy smile, jaw clenching and excessive underarm sweating.
The treatment takes around fifteen minutes. The effect begins at three to five days, settles fully by two weeks, and generally lasts three to four months. A review appointment is included so any small adjustment can be made.
Treatment is only carried out after a face-to-face consultation and is not suitable if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Dermal fillers and lip filler

Dermal fillers use hyaluronic acid gel to restore volume that has been lost, or to refine a feature you've never been happy with — cheeks, tear troughs, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, chin, jawline and lips.
Lip filler at the studio is deliberately natural: hydration and balance first, then shape. Steph will always rather build over two appointments than overfill in one.
Numbing cream is applied beforehand and the filler itself contains local anaesthetic. Expect some swelling and the odd bruise for a few days; the final result settles at around two weeks.
