The Therapy Studio Ribble Valley, run by Steph Cullen, is responsible for the personal information you share through this website.

When you send an enquiry

We collect your name, email address and any phone number, treatment choice, appointment preferences or message you provide. Your request is saved securely and emailed privately to Steph so she can reply and arrange your appointment.

We use these details to respond to your request and take steps towards providing a treatment, not for advertising. Please do not include sensitive medical information in the website form; Steph can discuss this with you during your consultation.

Who handles your information

The website’s hosting, secure enquiry storage and email delivery providers process the information needed to deliver your request. Steph receives your enquiry and uses it to respond. We do not sell your information.

Optional Google Analytics cookies

Google Analytics loads only if you accept analytics cookies. It measures public-page visits and interactions, such as WhatsApp links and successful booking requests or enquiries, to help us understand how the website is used.

Google processes cookie identifiers, device and browser information and website activity. Our tracking does not send form details, names, email addresses, phone numbers, treatment selections or messages to Google. Page addresses are sent without query strings or fragments; private and tokenised links are excluded.

Google Analytics cookies beginning with _ga distinguish visits. The intended retention period for user-level and event-level analytics data is 14 months; this must be set in the clinic’s Google Analytics account. Your cookie choice

Rejecting optional cookies does not stop you using the site or sending an enquiry. Your choice is stored in your browser. There are currently no advertising cookies; the Marketing switch does not load an advertising tag.

You can withdraw analytics consent at any time. This stops tracking and removes Google Analytics cookies from this site.

Keeping your details and your rights

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as needed to deal with your request and meet applicable legal obligations. You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to its use, subject to those obligations.

Links to other services

When you open WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or Google Maps, those services handle information under their own privacy policies. Some pages contain embedded maps or social content; these services may receive your browser information when their content loads.
