Steph starts with hydration and symmetry before shape. For most people a small amount, reviewed and topped up, gives a better result than a full syringe in one sitting.
If your lips would not suit the look you have in mind, she will say so at consultation rather than take the booking.
Numbing cream is applied first and the filler itself contains local anaesthetic. Expect swelling for two to three days and the occasional bruise; the final result settles at around two weeks.
Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol and very hot baths for the first 24 hours.
